These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the psk365 website located at psk365.org, including all associated gaming, sports betting, live casino, and related services operated under the psk365 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the psk365 Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where any conflict exists between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To register and use the psk365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. psk365 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the psk365 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a psk365 enforcement action.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not hold more than one registered account on the psk365 Platform at any time.

psk365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by psk365 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your psk365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. psk365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must notify psk365 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised, or if you have reason to believe that your account security has been breached in any way.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or operate your psk365 account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date at all times.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to psk365 support without delay.

psk365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, identity fraud, account sharing, or any other breach of these account responsibilities. Where an account is closed under these circumstances, psk365 will conduct an investigation before releasing any remaining balance.

psk365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. psk365 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment methods registered in your name. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that does not match your verified identity. psk365 processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days following successful verification. In exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended, in which case psk365 will notify the affected user via their registered contact details.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• psk365 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets are subject to additional verification steps and may take longer to process.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method must complete the applicable rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed — see Section 5 for bonus-related rollover obligations.
• psk365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

psk365 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with international standards. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that triggers our AML monitoring systems may be subject to additional scrutiny, temporary hold, or reporting to the relevant authorities. By using the Platform, you consent to psk365 conducting such checks.

psk365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all psk365 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• psk365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional structures, or coordinating bonus-claiming activity with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the psk365 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the sport, event, or game type in question. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement shall govern.

psk365 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any bet or wager where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or corruption in relation to the event on which the bet was placed.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect price or market being offered.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had concluded, regardless of any display error on the Platform.
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or the applicable game/sport rules.

For live casino games, the outcome displayed by the game software following each round constitutes the official result and is final. In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game studio. psk365 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the psk365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between psk365 and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform without genuine human engagement.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; identity theft; chargeback fraud; or any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the psk365 Platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of known or obvious errors in prices, game software, or promotional terms in a manner that is not consistent with fair play.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one psk365 account for any purpose.

All content available on the psk365 Platform — including but not limited to the psk365 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, website design, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of psk365 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from psk365.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the Platform.
• Use any psk365 branding, trademarks, or trade dress for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of psk365 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by psk365.

psk365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties. If you believe your gaming habits may be causing harm to yourself or others, psk365 encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

psk365 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a specified period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your access to the psk365 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be lifted at your own request during that period.

psk365 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where our monitoring systems identify patterns indicative of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to unusually large session durations, rapid escalation of bet sizes, or repeated deposits following losses. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice where the Company believes immediate action is in the player's best interests.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psk365 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service interruptions beyond psk365's reasonable control.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or delayed sports data, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Any decision made by psk365 in the reasonable exercise of its discretion under these Terms, including the voiding of bets or suspension of accounts.

Where psk365 is found liable to you under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of psk365 in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your psk365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit psk365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

psk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — psk365 will provide notice via your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

For minor or administrative amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — psk365 may update these Terms without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the psk365 Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which psk365 operates. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the courts, psk365 agrees to participate in good-faith arbitration proceedings administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

For formal written complaints, you may contact the psk365 compliance team by email. Our customer support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, psk365 will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

psk365 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a player remains dissatisfied following psk365's internal complaints process, further options for dispute resolution may be available depending on the applicable jurisdiction.
